Wow! I have tried and liked many balsamic vinegars, aged, aged in various woods, but your vinegar as the saying goes, "takes the cake". Wow! "Kudos to the person that came up with this recipe." I love the Honey Balsamic Vinegar!!! It is heaven, absolutely perfect!!!! We bought it a few weeks ago and have been enjoying it greatly!!!
